Conneaut Lake Heroin Overdose

A Conneaut Lake Woman is undergoing treatment for a heroin overdose.  The Meadville state police report they responded to the report of a heroin overdose Saturday morning shortly  before 10:15 am to 12795 Cypress Street in Summit Township, Crawford County, the residence of 28 year old Tiffany Lynn Losch.  She was transported to Meadville Medical Center for treatment.  Assisting at the scene were units of the Summit Township and Conneaut Lake Ambulance. 


3 Escape Abraxas, Steal, Crash Car, Flee on Foot

The escape of three male juveniles from the Abraxas 1 juvenile facility in Forest County Sunday continues.  The Marienville state police are reporting  Adante Smith 16, of Harrisburg, Damon Ricketts 15, of Newark, Delaware, and Jaami Clark, Jr., 17, of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, escaped at 1:30 Sunday morning.  The three are believed to have made their way to the village of Marienville where they allegedly stole a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria belonging to 53 year old Daniel Sharrow of Marienville.  Police say the vehicle was subsequently involved in a one vehicle hit and run crash along Interstate 80 near mile marker 199.  The three are then reported to have fled the scene on foot.  Police list a second victim at 39year old Shane Kopchick, also of Marienville, but provide no further explanation.  


PSP Firemarshal: Undetermined Tylersburg Auto Sales Fire, $200K Damage


A fire severely damaging a Clarion County use car dealership Thursday night remains under the investigation of the Ridgway based Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal.  Five area companies and Clarion Hospital ST3 EMS responded last Thursday afternoon at 5:45 pm to Tylersburg Auto Sales at 8071 Tylersburg Road, in Farmington Township. 

The Fire Marshal reports at shortly after 6 pm, a passing motorist called the fire into 911.  As fire fighters arrived, the saw visible flames coming from the structure on the property.  A section of the roof collapse into the structure while the fire departments were on the scene. 

The fire marshal reports the fire originated inside the structure near a work area around a cutting torch.  Damage is estimated at $200,000.  The structure was insured.  The victims are listed as 43 year old Brian Wolfson of  Leaper and 60 year old Albert Hippert, Sr. of Tionesta.


Responding to the scene were fire companies from Farmington Township, Washington Township, Marienville Fire Department, Clarion Fire Department and Sigel Fire Department..  


Daylight Closure Scheduled on Raymilton Road in Venango County

Oil City, PA – Work to repair road shoulders will require short-term, daylight closures on a section of Raymilton Road (Route 3015) in Mineral Township, Venango County during the week of March 27.

The work is scheduled on Raymilton Road between the intersection with Route 62 and the intersection with Krizon Road.

The closures are scheduled from approximately 7 AM to 3 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during the week of March 27.

PennDOT urges motorists to slow down when driving in work zones, and also to be alert to changing conditions, avoid distractions and to pay attention to signs and flaggers. Drive responsibly in work zones for your safety and the safety of the workers.
